My obsession with accessories started with my grandma who absolutely loved handbags and shoes. She had a bag for every occasion and I spent hours in her closet asking about my favorite ones. Each bag came with a story about where it was from, or who had gifted it, or some event it had been taken to. I was learning then what I understand now about personal style. It is singular and influenced by where you’ve been, who you’ve known and the life you dream of living.
I started my self-taught sewing journey over a decade ago which lead me to the Savannah College of Art and Design where I earned an MFA in Accessory Design. Since then, I’ve refined a style rooted in modern heritage and storytelling. I celebrate a collector’s perspective to personal style that mirrors my grandma’s. I believe in the longevity of leather and practice a meaningful small scale model that produces pieces to be loved for years to come.
